Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair refunds for paid plans. Cancel anytime. No locked-in nonsense, no "we'll get back to you in 6 weeks" runaround.

1. Beta phase (current)

DalalRadar is currently in free beta. No payments are being collected. This policy describes terms that will apply once paid plans launch.

2. Subscription plans

When paid plans launch, we'll offer:

  • Monthly subscription — billed every 30 days
  • Annual subscription — billed once per year (with discount)
  • Lifetime access (limited founding-member offer) — one-time payment

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

3. Refund window

Monthly subscription

7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid month, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Annual subscription

14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your first paid year, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Lifetime access

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of purchase, email us for a full refund.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  • Email contact@dalalradar.com with subject "Refund Request"
  • Include the email used for purchase and your order ID
  • Optionally, tell us why — feedback helps us improve (but is not required)

We'll process refunds within 7 business days of approval. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings (when implemented), or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you'll continue to have access until then, after which no further charges will occur.

No refund is issued for partial periods after the refund window expires, but no further charges will be made.

6. When refunds may not apply

Refunds may be denied in these situations:

  • Refund window has expired (7 / 14 / 30 days as applicable)
  • Account was terminated for violation of Terms of Service
  • Evidence of fraudulent purchase or chargeback abuse
  • Multiple refund requests on the same payment method (we reserve the right to deny repeat refund-and-rebuy patterns)

7. Failed payments

If your renewal payment fails, we'll retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and you'll lose access to paid features. You can resubscribe anytime.

8. Pricing changes

We may change pricing for new subscriptions at any time. Existing subscriptions are honored at the price you locked in. If we ever raise prices for existing subscribers, you'll get 30 days notice by email — and the option to cancel for a full refund of any prepaid amount.

9. Free trials

If we offer free trials in the future:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial
  • If not canceled, the subscription begins at the end of the trial
  • You'll be notified by email before the trial ends

10. Disputes

If you have a refund dispute that can't be resolved by email, please contact us first before initiating a payment gateway chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in permanent account suspension.
