Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DalalRadar (the "Service"), operated by Surender Kumar, Dādri, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

DalalRadar provides analytical tools and visualizations for Indian F&O markets. We aggregate publicly available NSE data and apply proprietary pattern-detection logic to surface institutional money flow signals.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have legal capacity to enter contracts under Indian law
• You must not be barred from using such services under applicable law
• You agree to provide accurate registration information

4. Account responsibilities

If you create an account (when available):

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account with others

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service via automated means
• Reverse-engineer the signal engine or any proprietary logic
• Use the Service to compete with us or build a competing product
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service data without our written consent
• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Interfere with or disrupt Service infrastructure
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Bypass any access restrictions, paywalls, or rate limits

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including code, visualizations, signal definitions, methodology documents, branding, and design — is the exclusive property of DalalRadar (Surender Kumar) and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading research. Any other use requires written permission.

7. Data sources

We aggregate data from publicly available NSE sources. We don't guarantee:

• Data accuracy or completeness
• Real-time data delivery (data is end-of-day)
• Continuous availability of any specific data source

If NSE data sources change or become unavailable, the Service may be affected. We'll do our best to adapt but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Payments and subscriptions

If you purchase a paid plan:

• Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (or as stated at checkout)
• Payment is processed via Razorpay/Stripe — we never see your card details
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings

9. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE

You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Past patterns do not guarantee future returns. Trading in F&O involves substantial risk of loss. You should consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making investment decisions.

10. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee:

• Profitable trades or any specific financial outcome
• Accuracy of signals (signals are statistical patterns, not predictions)
• That historical signal performance will continue
• That the Service will be free of errors or interruptions

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DalalRadar (and its operator Surender Kumar) shall NOT be liable for:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
• Decisions you make based on Service information

Our total liability, if any is found, shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DalalRadar from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service anytime.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email (if you have an account) and via a banner on the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh, India.
